Acceptable Use Policy

What tachIQ is

tachIQ is a professional football talent discovery platform. Players publish short football skill footage; scouts and clubs review it and may send contact, trial or contract offers. It is not a general social network, a betting or investment service, an adult platform, or a marketplace for physical goods.

Content standards

Reels and profile content must be football-related. You must not upload:

• Footage you do not own or have permission to publish, including broadcast footage
• Sexual, violent, hateful, harassing or discriminatory content
• Illegal content, or content promoting illegal activity, gambling or drugs
• Misleading claims about your identity, age, club, nationality or career history
• Personal data of other people without their consent
• Malware, spam, or links to fraudulent sites

Young players and safeguarding

Accounts for players under 18 must be created and managed with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Contact from scouts to a minor is subject to that consent and to the safeguarding rules of the relevant national association. Do not publish a minor's home address, school, phone number or precise location. Any adult behaving inappropriately towards a young player will be removed permanently and reported where required.

Rules for scouts and clubs

Represent yourself and your club honestly. Do not send offers you have no authority or intention to honour, do not use the platform to solicit fees from players, and do not take contact off-platform to avoid our fees. Scouting reports are private notes and must not be published or shared as factual claims about a player.

Moderation

We may review, filter, restrict or remove content, refuse offers and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, with or without notice depending on severity.
