30-day money-back guarantee

Harsh Lal offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every payment made through tachIQ. If you are not satisfied with a contact fee, trial fee, club contract fee or pro deal commission, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at hlal8483@gmail.com and we will arrange it for you.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle normally completes the refund within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Where a refund relates to an offer that has already been delivered to a player, we may withdraw that offer from the player's inbox.
